Project Overview– Due to rising healthcare costs and growing numbers of retirees covered under the City plan, sustainability of the medical insurance plan was in question. 

The fiber optic sharing project between the City of Peoria (“City”) and the Peoria Unified School District (“PUSD”) began to take shape in 2006
