This guidebook, developed by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the City of Portland, offers recommendations for communities on how to turn interest in solar energy into installed capacity.  Drawing on Solarize Portland, the guide offers recommendations on overcoming market barriers and organizing a solarize campaign and offers examples of Solarize project and other similar community solar projects.
