As a member of ICMA's Executive Board, you have many responsibilites and roles.  At all times, you are representing ICMA as an agency.  Members and non-members alike look to you for the answers to their questions.  You will quite often be the lone-ICMA representative at a state meeting, training session, etc. The following items should be useful to you in your duties of representing ICMA.

  • Association Presidents:  A list of presidents for state, assistant and affiliate (IHN, NFBPA, NACA) associations is found on the ICMA website.  The lists include the presidents of each association along with the date their term will end.  State Liaisons and Senior Advisors are also listed for each state association.
  • In advance of VP travel to state association meetings, ICMA staff provides a power point presentation on ICMA priorities which is tailored to each state and region. Staff also provides lists of current ICMA membership in the state and ICMA member activity in the state. Contact Rita Ossolinski (rossolinski@icma.org).
