The Center for Public and Nonprofit Management provides training and consultation on civic engagement and public participation in the following areas:

• Design of public participation processes
• Rationale for public participation
• Leadership for public participation
• Use of a variety of tools of public participation
• Design and use of web-based and social media tools for public participation. Training and consultation can be offered remotely or live. Additionally, evaluation of existing public participation processes can be conducted.
