Dr. Thomas Bryer is associate professor and director of the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management in the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida. His research and teaching focuses on public participation and collaboration across government, nonprofit, private, and faith sectors. He is widely published in the top public administration journals, including Public Administration Review, Public Performance and Management Review, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, American Review of Public Administration, and others. Dr. Bryer has won multiple awards for his research, teaching, and service accomplishments and has traveled throughout the United States and around the world presenting on his work. He holds his PhD in public administration from the University of Southern California.
