This report summarizes the key findings of the Semarang City, Indonesia - GOld Coast, Australia Climate Change Partnership conducted by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) CityLinks team, together with climate experts from the Urban Climate Change Research Network (UCCRN). Identifying the key challenges of climate change adaptation and a set of key issues in technical exchanges between the two cities was the focus of the program.
