The City Manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Bandon and is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all municipal operations in accordance with the City Charter, City ordinances, and policies established by the City Council.
The City Manager provides strategic leadership and professional management to ensure the efficient delivery of municipal services while maintaining fiscal responsibility, organizational excellence, and outstanding customer service. The City Manager works collaboratively with the City Council, employees, residents, businesses, and partner agencies to achieve the Council's goals and uphold the City's mission.
