The City of Tracy is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent municipal leader to serve as its next Assistant City Manager. Reporting to the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager will serve as a strategic partner in advancing Council priorities, supporting departments, strengthening organizational culture, and guiding major initiatives, including economic development efforts and a comprehensive General Plan update.

Salary: $268,285–$287,732, plus scheduled increases and an excellent executive benefits package.
