Regional Behavioral Health Administrator
County of Curry, NM
Under the direction of the County Manager, the Regional Behavioral Health Administrator will oversee and manage all Senate Bill 3 (SB3); Behavioral Health Reform and Investment Act; related projects in Behavioral Health Region 9 (City of Clovis, City of Portales, Curry County, and Roosevelt County) and the Substance Use and Behavioral Health Programs for Curry County. Also, is responsible for planning and implementing related programs, preparing budgets, researching and applying for funding opportunities, managing and supervising regional staff, program staff, monitoring expenditures, identifying support agencies, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, tracking and evaluating progress, and coordinating regional projects. This position also requires independent judgment and discretion, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to perform all duties with minimum supervision.
