Under the guidance of the City Council, the City Manager serves as the City’s Chief Executive Officer, leading all operations, departments, and programs with vision, integrity, and purpose. Candidates should have at least ten (10) years of progressively responsible municipal management experience, including roles such as City Manager, Assistant City Manager, or Department Head in a California community of similar or larger size and complexity.
