delivery of public services while upholding the principles of accountability and transparency. The next City Manager will be a visionary, ethically grounded, and politically astute leader who collaborates closely with the Mayor and City Council to establish clear, achievable priorities for the community. This individual will demonstrate strong financial acumen, including a deep understanding of municipal budgeting, funding sources, and grants—while providing timely, transparent updates and well-reasoned recommendations to the City Council. The current City Manager’s annual salary is $314,000. The salary for the incoming City Manager is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
