The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate unwavering credibility and integrity, exercise bold and creative decision making and problem solving, practice a collaborative and strong but steady leadership style, offer innovative and forward thinking to guide the city's future, and engage with citizens and the business community. The City Manager will oversee 17 city departments, a $778 million annual budget, and a $3.05 billion capital improvement program.
