The County of Madera is seeking a transformative and strategic Chief Information Officer to lead its Information Technology department.

The ideal candidate must be a confident, high-energy leader, capable of operating with significant independence and initiative, yet open to direction from the County Administrative Officer. They will have the ability to contribute at the executive level; provide highly collaborative and ethical leadership; inspire and lead staff; and also, be recognized by the organization as being strategic, passionate, and committed.

Qualifications
Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related field and seven (7) years of increasingly responsible experience managing and administering enterprise-wide information technology programs comparable to an IT Manager with the County of Madera.
