The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking an inspiring and visionary leader to serve as our Director of Neighborhood Services—a dynamic role dedicated to enhancing the heart of our community: our neighborhoods. As Director, you will oversee a multifaceted department that includes Animal Services, Code Enforcement, Housing, and Community Engagement. You will play a key role in shaping the quality of life in Prescott Valley by fostering community pride, ensuring the care and
well-being of our pets, and upholding high standards for neighborhood appearance and safety. Your leadership will directly support a cleaner, stronger, and more connected town.

POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public or Business
Administration or related field with a minimum of eight (8) years’ progressively responsible work experience in neighborhood service delivery, housing and community development programs, code compliance or public engagement, and four (4) years of supervisory experience. The Town may consider an equivalent combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for the job.
PREFERRED
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in growing communities or similar municipal settings.
• Background in program development and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with animal welfare and housing codes.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Grant writing experience.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Accountability while managing multiple projects.
