
Deputy Chief Financial Officer – County of Santa Clara Health System

Join the County of Santa Clara Health System as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and help lead a dynamic and innovative team! This executive leadership role is pivotal in managing and directing the financial operations of the County’s Health System, ensuring fiscal integrity, and supporting the delivery of quality healthcare services to our community. This position will oversee accounting, financial planning, budgeting, revenue cycle operations, managed care, and supplemental directed payment revenues to ensure the Health System's financial goals are achieved.
Required Background and Experience:
The knowledge and abilities required to perform this function are normally acquired through attainment of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration and approximately 5 to 10 years of responsible senior level experience managing staff and functions within the accounting department or financial administration in a complex health care organization. Experience within a teaching hospital and a CPA are highly desirable.
