Oakdale is excited to announce the creation of a new Assistant City Administrator position, who will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of responsibilities. From day-to-day oversight to strategic planning to special projects, if you are looking for a role to keep you engaged and energized this is it! We have a fantastic management team, supportive City Council, and a hard-working staff that work together to make a difference in the Oakdale community.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in public administration, organizational development, or related field; a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience; and be well versed in effectively leading people and projects, implementing work plans, and working in a healthy team environment. Additional education, experience, and ICMA-CM certification are highly valued.

This is a unique chance to be part of creating a new position with various responsibilities from the ground level!
