The City of Blair will be accepting applications for this position of City Administrator until 4pm on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023. Blair, Nebraska is seeking a proven leader to embrace and engage our small community while managing high-impact community projects. This position will require leading and developing a team to successfully implement City Council goals and objectives. The City Administrator directly reports to the Mayor and oversees 9 department heads and is responsible for the leadership of over 60 full-time employees in addition to seasonal and part-time employees. The annual operating budget is $96 Million.
