Welcome to the Alliance for Innovation’s Innovation Academy. You are joining 36 Organizations and 396 who have participated in the academy. This tested framework will provide you and your organization support for developing an innovative project in your community and help you develop an action plan to strengthen the culture of innovation in your organization. The Innovation Academy Playbook is a companion resource to support your organization's journey in the Academy. The playbook provides you with content, resources, exercises and handouts to maximize your experience.
The Academy Guidelines provide guidance to your teams. This includes, an outline of our schedule and syllabus, a look at how to go about team selection and project identification, discuss our expectations of you and what you can expect of us, look at technology requirements, and a list of previous Innovaton Academy graduate projects.
