A total of 86 jurisdictions submitted at least one FY 04 template. This page includes final, cleaned FY 2004 data, graphs, and submitted comments that were submitted in December 2004, January, and March 2005.

The service areas below contain the Excel files of the data and submitted comments that will be used in the FY 2004 Annual Data Report. These data went through a rigorous data cleaning process that included comment review, computerized outlier and logic checks, as well as additional follow-up questions by CPM staff. Unverified and/or questionable data were either removed from the data sets or left in based on ICMA staff analysis. The CPM staff encourages participants using the datasets to report any potential issues with data points to cpmmail@icma.org . 

Click on "Data" below to open a dataset. The data files are in a compressed, self-extracting format. After downloading a file, locate the file in Windows Explorer and double-click on it to decompress it. This will save unzipped versions of the files to a location of your choosing. The unzipped files will have an extension of ".xls."
