Data & Graphs

This page includes all final FY 2001 data that were submitted in November 2001 and March 2002. Each data file, with the exception of Youth Services, is available in Microsoft Access 2000 and Excel. The Excel files include both the raw data in spreadsheet form and the graphs found in the FY 2001 Data Report. The summary whisker graphs Excel file is also available for download toward the bottom of the list.

Click on the Access or Excel file to download the file to the directory of your choice. The files are in a compressed, self-extracting format. After downloading a file, locate the file in Windows Explorer and double-click on it to decompress it. This will save unzipped versions of the files to a location of your choosing. The unzipped files will have an extension of ".mdb or .xls."

NOTE: This year, you may notice retitled columns within the "Tables" view in Access. These titles include an abbreviation of the template name and a question number, and are intended to provide a consistent index to that same variable, even as questions are added, deleted or moved from year to year. To access a table of contents of all the measures and their index numbers, please select the table entitled "Data Dictionary."

Please click the links to the chapters you would like to view or download. To save the pdf file, right click your mouse, choose “save as”, and place file in a location of your choice. All chapters are located by their respective data files, with the exception of some addition chapters that are only found in the published data report and can be download here: title page , table of contents ,preface, C hapter 1 (intro), and Chapter 2 (uses of data).

Each template file is in Adobe Acrobat format. If Acrobat Reader is not installed on your computer, you can download and install it from Adobe for free.
