ICMA is here to support our members and their local governments in implementing American Rescue Plan provisions.

Submitting your questions helps to inform ICMA’s advocacy efforts as well as new resources. Generally, we will use these to develop periodic updates (i.e. FAQs) and other new content and learning opportunities. We may also share them with our federal partners in advocating for new guidance and rulemaking. Due to the volume and specificity of some questions, we may not be able to directly respond to all individual submissions, but all will be reviewed.
