Sonoma County, CA undertook a workforce structure review of their organizaion in order to better understand the workforce, how its organized and why. The review also sought to discover strategic opportunities that will move the organization towards the goal of being a high performing organization (HPO). This review helped the County with employee engagement and development opportunities as well as formulating recommendations that will result in positive steps towards an HPO.
