This article describes how one local government attempted to win support for low-income housing in moderate-income neighborhoods. Dispels the fears that some may have about low-income housing (i.e. neighborhood deterioration, crime). Provides examples of some of the individuals who qualify for low-income housing and provides concrete steps that can be taken to win the public's support for low-income housing.
