Ordinance #08-01 of Williamsburg, VA allows Limited Buisness Neighborhood District LB-2 to establish a mixture of office, commerical, and residential uses in areas that are designated by the Comprehensive Plan as mixed use land use. Exceptions are made for artists and aritsans studios and workshops. Other uses are allowed with special permit.
