With support from the USAID-funded Stability in Key Areas-West (SIKA-West) program in Afghanistan, the Kushk-e-Rabat Sangi district governor organized a volunteer effort to repair the roof of the community center in Jalal Abad Village. ICMA is a member of the SIKA-West team, headed by AECOM.
