The workplace mixture of employees from different generations offers a unique set of challenges and opportunities for managers and organizations. Generational differences have begun to gain increased attention as organizations face a challenging working environment in which four generations are working together, or trying to do so. The diversity of skills and experiences brings a richness of talent but also can cause some major challenges.
