Sioux City’s Neighborhood Networks are coalitions of Sioux City neighborhoods and through them residents participate in important city decisions that affect the broader community. The neighborhood networks meet on a monthly basis, they provide a link between residents and the city, and people have used them to address the following issues: housing, community, police and community safety, and city government.
