In January 2021, ICMA conducted a modified version of our standard ASD survey. The template was developed in partnership with nxtMOVE and designed for distribution as an e-survey. ICMA received 422 total responses to the survey, representative of local governments across all geographic regions and populations ranging from under 5,000 to over 100,000.
