In the summer of 2010, Gahanna Mayor Becky Stinchcomb, in conjunction with the City Council, asked for volunteers to serve on what would become known as the Gahanna’s Citizens Financial Advisory Committee (CFAC). CFAC was charged with reviewing the General Fund’s 2011 planned revue and expenses as well as the five-year forecast to develop recommendations for the coming year and future aimed at ensuring Gahanna’s long term financial sustainability. CFAC developd twelve strategic recommendations for the City Administration and Council.
