This report describes how to carry out a regional community building process and uses Kalamazoo,Michigan, as a case study. This report details objectives at each stage, what needs to happen, how the participants made it happen, and how other communities have made it happen. Lists of dos and don’ts help apply lessons learned to local challenges.  (20 pp.)
