This report highlights the work of the U.S. Department of Agriculture to support and promote regional innovation in rural communities. Of particular interest, it highlights collaborations with other federal agencies, including the Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, and Housing and Urban Development, and non-governmental partners like the National Associtation of Development Organizations and the Ford Foundation.
