The City of Virginia Beach has established a suggestion program, which includes: a Citywide Idea Program, as described in Appendix A and a Planning Department Idea Program (Appendix B). Created with a common thread, both will strive to provide an easy-to-evaluate process. Management Services will manage the Citywide Idea Program and the members of the Management & Support Division of Planning will manage the Planning Idea Program. These programs provide the opportunity for employees to submit Ideas on improving our organization’s service delivery. The following information is intended to provide Planning members with additional avenues to submit their Ideas for consideration.
