This article examines the insufficiency of honesty. Suggests that the definitions of honesty and integrity are not the same, that honesty is not necessarily synonymous with integrity, and that integrity is what is needed. The author defines integrity as discerning what is right and wrong, acting on what is right or wrong, and saying your actions are based upon your understanding of what is right and wrong.
