Richard Opper of Opper & Varco LLP, gave this presentation during the panel "Taking Care of Business: Keeping Institutional Controls on Track" which was held at the Brownfields 2004 Conference in St. Louis, Missouri. The presentation reviews what local governments can do to enhance the sustainability of their brownfields redevelopments and how ICs fit into the overall scheme of sustainability. Included in the presentation are some "tricks-of-the-trade" for local governments to enhance the overall effectiveness of their existing and future ICs.
