In this session we will explore the interplay between Human Intelligence (HI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the public sector in this immersive workshop. The speakers will discuss how AI augments decision-making, streamlines operations, and impacts policy formulation. Furthermore, we will discuss uncovering strategies to leverage HI alongside AI for enhanced service delivery, resource optimization, and citizen engagement. Additionally, we will discuss ethical considerations, fostering a connection between human and artificial intelligence. Lastly, gain insights into successful AI integration, empowering leaders to navigate the evolving landscape effectively.
