This article describes Sedgwick County's effort to improve its human resources division by using the available technology and developing partnerships with other local governments to develop and share solutions. Discusses the design of an electronic application that could be used by multiple employers and submitted to multiple employers for multiple positions. Highlights the launch of the "HRePartners" Web site which gives information on partner-specific job opportunities, benefits, and e-application process.
