Michael Testone of MGP Environmental Partners LLC made this presentation at the Business of Brownfields Conference in Pittsburgh, PA on November 17, 2003. The presentation provides information about the Guardian Trust and their ongoing efforts to develop a database and comprehensive information system to properly track the status of land use controls (LUCs)and disseminate information to stakeholders. The Trust combines stewardship obligations with state voluntary programs and providing solutions for environmental issues at Superfund, RCRA, and brownfields sites.
