Grand Forks’s Good Neighbor program seeks to get residents involved in building greater understanding and cooperation between diverse groups. Residents can meet during City Council and University of North Dakota Student Senate meetings, as well as ice cream socials, and learn about conflict resolution and ways to create mutual respect.
