This 2007 executive summary of Lakeville's Downtown strategic plan for development is broke up into 3 chapters. Chapter 2 is dedicated to laying out the city as it currently is, as well as the foundation of development plans in the past that will set the stage for the future. Chapter 3 lays out the new vision for downtown Lakeville. Chapter 4 explores potential challenges and roadblocks to implementation of the new plan, as well as recommendations for dealing with them.
