The City of Schertz, Texas partnered with Bexar County, Texas to create the area’s flagship park system. The Crescent Bend Park covers 175-acres and has been updated with many new amenities such as a 1.5-mile walking trail, five picnic sites, and two parking lots. The natural beauty of the park, once devastated by floods, has also been returned though planting new, colorful flowers and preserving natural wildlife.
