The Coalition of Small Police Agencies is made up of 12 small police departments and was created to help these departments overcome the limitations of being a small law enforcement agency. With the Coalition, the departments did joint training, DUI stops, transported prisoners, developed cooperative court agreements, and shared available jail space.
