Ran by the Division of Economic Development, the City of Westminster’s Small Business Scholarship program gives incentives for training to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and employees of these companies. The Small Business Scholarship program brochure outlines the eligible classes -- management, marketing, computer skills, manufacturing trades, financing, sales, human resources, and technology classes or seminars. Reimburses program participants in amounts of up to 50% of the cost of the training classes; reimbursements cannot exceed more than $500 per year.
