The Titusville, Florida Student Advisory Council Resolution creates a council which is comprised of 12 students – eight from the two local area high schools, one from the home school association, and three at large members. The resolution establishes the voting rules of the council, councilmember responsibilities, meeting times and by-laws. The council addresses two to four youth issues per year, creates solutions to those problems, and then presents them to the City Council in April.
