The City of Southlake and Sabre Holdings, a private company that retails travel products and develops technologies for the travel industry, formed a public-private partnership and shared management practices. With this partnership both the City and Sabre Holdings improved their organizational development and structure, shared best practices, and created a municipal virtual library on the company’s headquarters.
