City of Oakland Park’s Fire Department has a core mission of providing pre-hospital emergency service, fire prevention, and fire suppression, yet this mission is threatened by economic constraints. So to provide quality service levels while reducing costs, the Fire Department implemented the Adaptive Response Program, which uses performance measures and operational efficiency programs.
