The City of Naples Energy Savings Action Plan has a number of proposals that are meant to find cost effective and efficient ways for the city to reduce energy related operating costs. Reviews the plan’s energy audits of cars, lighting, buildings; and sewer, water and waste disposal systems. Proposes goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, to reduce energy consumption, and increase energy cost savings.
