Lancaster’s Civic Leadership Academy allows residents to learn about their city government by attending a weekly two hour class. Covers all areas of city government such as the City Manager’s Office, the Economic Development Department, Finance, Budgeting, Parks, Engineering, Public Works, Building and Code Enforcement, Animal Services, Police, Fire, Planning, and Emergency Services.
