In the City of Cincinnati some neighborhoods have high crime, vacated buildings, illegal dumping, and a lack of community and business leadership. So Cincinnati created the Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP), aimed at improving the residents’ quality of life. NEP has a three pronged approach of enhancement, enforcement, and sustainability between the City, community, and business partners.
