This article describes the efforts of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, Ohio to redevelop Cincinnati’s downtown and riverfront into a cultural and entertainment gateway. Redevelopment was aided by a master plan and the involvement of hundreds of stakeholder groups and citizens from the region.
