The LICMA consultant team investigated methods to improve the City of Frisco’s systems for prioritizing, permitting and funding its special events. This included an online survey, on-site interviews, an evaluation of the existing practices, processes, and a review of the special event structural climate, as it relates to the special events committee permitting and processing. This also included and assessment of comparable city practices.
